Training Opportunities
For anyone wanting to help others in tangible ways.
VITA The VITA Program offers free tax help to low- to moderate-income (generally, $40000 and below) people who cannot prepare their own tax returns. Why not come out for some basic training? Rebuilding the Walls of Hope Making a Difference . . . One Life at a Time. In our community there are people who need hope - people who need help - people who need a life change - real change. Rebuilding the Walls of Hope is a Bible based mentoring ministry that builds relationships between believers and those needing and seeking a life change. Why not come to the training, enjoy a day preparing to help others, and then make your name available to help someone in our community? November 22 , 9-3 at Levant |

Backpack Project 2008
Fifty backpacks have been purchased with funds provided by Angel Food Ministries and will be given to Falconer schools to assist families in need. BACKPACKS Pick-up: Sunday, August 3 Please fill them with supplies from the list (enclosed in backpack) Return: Sunday, August 17 Extra supplies also welcome. Please drop supplies off at the church office. |
